My dad is 50 and can jump over fences that are chest height on the average man without touching them. I can't do that, this is a problem and a good example of what people mean when they are talking about generational health differences.
Yes, I am going to start making changes to diet, increasing water intake and lifting weights. I'll start super simple and work my way up. If you are in a similar boat or are just overall unfit or unhealthy maybe you should also start simple and work your way up.
