If I were to carry more, I'd carry:
a nasopharyngeal tube: https://www.narescue.com//nasopharyngeal-airway-with-lubricant.html
more gauze, hemostatic and regular
more tourniquets
a space-blanket (mitigate hypothermic shock)
...but much more than that and we're getting into real medikts and not individual kits.
If I would carry less, I'd lose the non-hemostatic gauze, the safety cutters, and the gloves.
