I'm still thinking about the farmers tour at the end of Animal Farm.

What you notice in a book changes over time. When I first read Animal Farm the communism was what stuck. I read it again about a year ago and I can't get this passage out of my head since. It is remark by one of the farmers touring animal farm near the end of the book.

"Today he and his friends had visited Animal Farm and inspected every inch of it with their own eyes, and what did they find? He believed that he was right in saying that the lower animals on Animal Farm did more work and received less food than any animals in the county.
