Vinegar as well. It's just suspicious that commercial mayo has a 0% protein content. I was trying to figure out how to cut out seed oils entirely. I don't want them in my diet and I'm sick and fucking tired of seeing them in EVERYTHING, even shit that you wouldn't think would have them, in places that don't even fucking makes sense.
Have been trying to figure out how to make mayo with animal fats. Beef Tallow or Lard.
