Walked a 5k today with my husband and besides periodic water breaks because its humid, I did well! In the late spring I hiked 4 and thought I was gonna die lol. At the end I found myself overwhelmed with gratitude. Friday marked 6 months of no prednisone and no low cortisol symptoms. My body is getting stronger. I couldnt be more grateful. I will never take good health for granted ever again!
