There's no politics capable to impact bitcoin. The impact of this law will be absorbed by the game theory law (John Nash can explain it). Companies will left US and do their job in nations where bitcoin is welcoming, where electricity is cheap or/and where there's no taxes to do it. In the middle of the journey, more countries just will realize that is better to join the game instead of trying to discourage it.
