I'm thinking about using a second phone. One with al the (soacial) apps, which I would leave in a drawer and only check once or twice a day. And another one with only cellphone function and maybe WhatsApp.
I spend so much time on that stupid Phone, Just brainless scrolling and checking. It's such a pitty of my time.
I turned off notifications month ago but that makes it even worse because now I constantly check al apps to not mis anything.
Anyone here with experience in that or other ideas/suggestions?
