I think everyone can “teach” or transmit information. I dont think you need to be validated by some bs state system to be able to transmit information to another being, let alone one you had a hand in creating.
But if you have no idea wtf you’re talking about you should probably just stfu and let the kids tinker and explore, is my general perspective.
