No place to hide!
The US lifts restrictions on the use of American weapons against Russia. What was previously presented as a rule related only to attacks on the Kharkiv region, is now rephrased to allow Ukraine to attack any location inside Russia which is used for an attack on Ukraine.
This can turn out to be extremely costly for the Russian forces, as Russia has bases in many locations, and not enough air defence systems to protect them.
