Last night, I received a call from a neighbor who discovered that the handle on her LoungeWagon had broken off just before she planned to leave for the beach. Not good.

This seems like a well-designed product. It's a chair with wheels, but not a wheelchair. Right...? I would take it to the beach. Just be aware that certain parts of it may only be held together by a few tack welds, which may only possess the cumulative strength of a zip-tie.


Even worse, the tacks were on the top section and the side section. Why?
This tubing is very, very thin. At first, I thought I'd have to run the machine at 50 amps, but that turned out to be too cold. The only thing melting at that setting was the paint, which smelled GREAT. Settling at 75 amps, I noticed that I could move the puddle along nicely, but was still spending a little more time than I'd like. If I were to do this again, I'd set the machine at 80 amps and move more quickly, inhaling less burning paint along the way.
