I saw a former state judge recently make a comment to the effect that Trump almost certainly has blown through any liability insurance he may have had at the start of his trials and that he will be on the hook for the judgments, especially in the E. Jean Carroll suits, which there are likely to be more of as he continues to defame her publicly.
He’s likely not liquid enough to satisfy a judgment in the 8 figure range, definitely not enough for any Giuliani-sized judgments. 🍿
