today:
1. i mismanaged a patient. it wasnt fatal or morbid or anything, just inconvenience. but i feel stupid.
2. my car squeak like hell. but i cant afford to repair it. probably and absober issue. i didnt get my salary last month.
3. i pay my food with credit card. my cash is staggering low.
4. I am in long distance relationship with my wife. I feel estranged
5. My mum and dad is somehow not on talking term with me because i didnt help them move. i helped them move the first time. but because of long distance with my wife, i have to split my time for lots of people
6. people keep saying, buy bitcoin, but i had sold all that i have last month because i dont get my salary. i feel..sad
7. i am having issues adapting to my new work, my new work schedule. it made mee feel fatigue but i am trying to go on strong
8. because all the triggers my autoimmune is getting worse
