I have been hanging out to make the gluten free Seeded Loaf from #HippieLane. It is made with psyllium husks, linseed meal, tapioca flour, chia, sunflower seeds, etc etc.
So I mixed it this morning, but there is something seriously wrong with this recipe, and it was a waste of good (not inexpensive) ingredients.
I found an errata after the fact - as I suspected the linseed meal:water ratio was way out. But I doubt that is the only problem with this recipe.
Don't get me started on lax recipe testing.
