Isn't it the sugars? I'm not advocating for carnivore, but noticed that every time my 5yo eats some sweet stuff, he turns into anxious yelling monster. The level of monstrosity correlates with carbs - oats with honey would do already, two cups of ice cream with topping are level godzilla.
