It absolutely can. In South Western Ontario (think a line between Detroit and Buffalo through Toronto and an area extending 100 miles or so north from there) it's been a steady infiltration and expansion of street shitters.
They are very organized now. By family and groups with pooled funding from India. They buy up local hotels, 711's and the like stores, gas stations, etc. And they totally dominate.
All the small towns are completely unprepared.
Then they start moving into large multi-generational and multi-family homes in small city suburbs in the area.
It completely change the communities.
That's leaving out the 1,000,000 pajeet "students" that have swamped our small community colleges and universities.
Indians bring a special kind of hell.
