They just had the gain turned up too high and didn't anticipate that I'm somebody who cranks the volume all the way up. I could have adjusted it myself but I paid for a professional install so I made them fuck with it because it should have been perfect to begin with. I told them the amp should be able to handle whatever the factory stereo can throw at it.
