Relief for hustlers: Kerosine records highest drop in EPRA prices for April

The Energy and Petroleum Regulatory Authority (EPRA) of Kenya has announced the maximum retail prices of petroleum products for the period from April 15 to May 14, 2024. Super Petrol will decrease by KSh 5.31 per litre, Diesel by KSh 10.00 per litre, and Kerosene by KSh 18.68 per litre. In Nairobi, the prices of petrol, diesel, and kerosene will be KSh 193.85, KSh 180.38, and KSh 170.06, respectively. These adjustments are due to changes in the average landed cost of imported petroleum products. The decrease in fuel prices follows a reduction announced in March, with super petrol prices decreasing by KSh 7.21 per litre, diesel by KSh 5.09 per litre, and kerosene by KSh 4.49 per litre.
