I only see 3 ways for the real estate market to move.
1. Mild recession stalls travel, Airbnb’s become forced sellers.
2. Severe recession causes unemployment, homeowners become forced sellers.
3. FED lowers rates and people can buy at comparable rates.
Without one of these we will be stuck here for awhile.
