We should have a “baby dev” program on nostr. Where real devs teach idiots how to do a little coding and in return the baby dev does a lot of the bitch work on the real dev’s next project. Imagine if a real dev had an army of baby devs working for free on their shit so they can learn. That’s value for value AF.
We actually NEED MORE DEVS.
I'm too busy; outta bullets. more than one of us passed on this. FWIW I have struggled to recruit devs over the past 2 years and its really frustrating to work with people who say they wanna dev but talk and never do any.
