Trying to argue Hamas’ West Bank government had some sort of shady financial arrangements is a weird play from the Israelis who monitored and facilitated *all* of the the transfers of money to them, by their own admission.
Palestine does not have its own independent banking system connected to global clearinghouses.
Analysts have estimated that Israel actually pockets about 70% of the funding that comes in for Palestine from foreign sources.
