Yeah it's tough but worth it. For me it was my brain, I can think so much more clearly and lower time preference. Painful at times, revisiting trauma without being able to pussy out thru the escape route. It's incredible how much I deceived myself and let myself + my kids down as a result. Building up now though, things are good. Now that I'm done talking about myself lol, I'll end by restating, good job Sandy!
