Bitcoin #Atlantis is all very well and good, but it must be said that the treatment volunteers receive from the production team is suspicion based on opacity rather than trust based on transparency. It's ironic that such an approach has been used in an event supposedly dedicated to promoting freedom and understanding. I honestly even feel uneasy that they have some of my details, which I gave them to sign up (happily at the time). Appalling communication and behaviour on so many levels - spoils the spirit! I'll be watching the rest of the conference from the seaside, which is as good a reason as any to have flown to #Madeira on purpose. When the basics are missing, what else can you do? Stick to #nostr and #livestream I guess 🙄🖖🏽
