*gentle support hugs* You probably already know this, but if things you don't expect are increasingly triggering you in various ways, seeking help before you break down completely is critical.

Also, it occurs to me that whatever job you have still qualifies for FMLA. If your job is at risk and you have short-term disability insurance through work to cover the gap (not a given, but many employers do have it by default), it might be worth triggering to get that coverage and help before they let you go. (And frankly, it sounds like you could use it regardless.)
