it’s not following the usual pattern. i managed 6 hours today, but barely. half of them were clearly at the wrong time (but my body was too sleep deprived to resist entirely) and the other half were decent, but also had a very clear End. so that’s definitely not the part of day where the flesh vessel would currently like to be horizontal
