Is it technically even possible to create a fediverse server that can be considered safe for minors? Given that it would still federate to most of fediverse, and assuming that minor will not in fact want to keep their safety by avoiding cw and sentisive content marks.
I think only feasible solution it to hide all posts with sentisive flag, and use pattern-based filters on post contents, but it is less than optimal.
Another idea that one could add to previous one is - strictly moderated global timeline (and if present, "bubble" timeline) that will reduce probability of meeting nsfw during casual browsing
