I'm all for equality and I love having the right to vote, but I don't believe in women having full time jobs. A 9-5 goes against a women's biology and is actually harmful to our bodies. That's why women in corporate/office jobs are so tired all the time, because they are literally harming their bodies. Womens work should follow a 28 day cycle with allowance for rest during the fourth week when our hormones crash.
If a woman wants to work a 9-5 companies should allow her to adjust her schedule to follow her bodies natural rhythm and she should have absolute control over how much work she may complete on a given day.
Modern feminism needs to acknowledge that afab bodies are different than amab bodies so we can make the working world more accessible and healthy.
