Big Dick Pill Pharma is a puzzle to me. Commercial breaks on the car channel now sometimes contain two different dick pill ads and ads for "supplements" that do absolutely nothing.
The one commercial references "the embarrassment of doctor's visits."
I'm like, "there are doctors who have treated guys whose dicks have been TORN OFF, they aren't about to laugh at your pathetic nonworking member. They've seen it all."
Again, are there that many guys who worry about flaccidity at 7:45am?
