As much as it pains me to say, if you know nothing about channel liquidity then probably don't use a self custodial lightning wallet. You can't even get away with using the top one without understanding the cost to liquidity.
This won't go away any time soon, only amplify more over time, payment channels are for businesses.
People are so damn entitled about inbound capacity. You get what you get. It's not your money.
