Got a tetanus shot this weekend b/c I was overdue and my drug store is busy going bankrupt and is looking for ways to make more money (I suspect). My pharmacist, who has been there a while, looked up my vax record in a statewide database to get the date of my last shot. I asked if I could access that info. She wasn't sure (she's a pharmacist, she can access all the records) but told me where to go to contact them. My options were:
- email my personal info
- send a letter with my personal info
