I love trying different foods. I had the opportunity to eat with a family from Laos multiple times. Fuck do they know how to cook, everything was delicious.
A few of them were fighting over the duck brain then decided they wanted to watch me eat it. Very good stuff. They made two versions of larb, one with raw duck blood. The one with duck blood was better. I wouldn't have guessed I would be eating these things.
