According to a new infographic from NASA, we live in a cosmic shooting gallery. We all suspected it, but here are some interesting numbers to keep you awake at night. There are 32,412 known near-earth asteroids of all sizes. Probably only 50 1-km objects are left to discover, but still around 14,000 in the 140-meter range. Upcoming observatories like Vera Rubin and NEA Scout will fill those gaps nicely.
