My partner signed up for a #mastodon account out of curiosity. They picked one suggested to them by an article. A short while later the server is responding 500 when they try to post and all their old posts are gone.
The #Fediverse is ngmi. Only us Linux users are going to have the patience for all of this technical roughness.
