Coinbase filed its motion for judgment on the pleadings against the SEC.
There's a colorable argument that some of crypto is outside the current securities regulation framework, but Coinbase's "major questions doctrine" argument (page 28 of the PDF) deserves to lose. It's an argument that big money vibes are more important than statutes, regulations, and precedent.
