A little leaven leavens the whole lump.
The US policy of corp. socialism is spreading into society as a whole.
Politicians already want price controls. Others want strict regs on how you use your energy. They want to ban certain applications from existing in a "Free" society.
Our dependency seems to be the goal.
The politicians seem to want us dependent and more reliant on Government than ever before. It seems like out with the free market and in with a command economy.
The US just doesn't seem like a place that values Freedom. Yet we profess that we do.
We gotta get some new politicians in office, people who actually serve the people. The only problem is nobody seems to want to be a politician.
When I was coming up nobody wanted to be a crackhead, and I think that kept a lot of my generation and after from smoking crack. It had such a negative connotation.
I'm not saying that politicians are crackheads, but .....
