We all have our biases. Acknowledge them and don’t be shady about it. But be 100% you in what you do.
For me with the pod and writings, of course I have my ideologies, politics, personality, and beyond. I lean into these while also pursuing truth and the common good.
There’s nothing more annoying than the people that pretend they don’t have biases, or think they are purely “factual” and non-ideological. There is no “veil of ignorance” from which to profess unadulterated Truth.
I find if you just lean into who you are, while also being open to learning, growing, being wrong and adapting, etc, it makes for killer end product (be it creative or otherwise)
