some of them may be useful, tho

the life-extension hackers have made some inroads in this area; metformin, for example, seems to have some use for longevity (via mTOR, I believe), even though it was designed as a diabeetus medication

PDE5 inhibitors (Viagra, Cialis) are associated with a lower risk of dementia (due to improved bloodflow) to go along with your improved boners

lowering blood pressure overall reduces incidence of cardiac and kidney issues, by definition; there's usually not a downside to doing that

beta-blockers, by lowering heart rate, lowers incidence of heart attacks and increases survival if you do have one, I believe

not all aspects of modern pharmacology are bullshit, even if the first response to most things is to stuff a pill down your face; it's important to be a savvy consumer and to understand where you can get actual benefits
