It's a day for giving my blood to the vampires, so healthy eating goes out the window. Big salami sandwich for lunch (two types of salami, edam, lettuce, tomato, gherkins, chillies, onions, and a spread made by beating mayo with vinaigrette dressing plus parsley and salt and pepper). And now I have chocolate.
Chippy tea too, most likely. All helps the body to recover.
