At least one real group member needs to be confirmed to have received the key, or the key needs to be sent again.
There was nothing in the workflow that prepared me for a random npub, whose nsec I don't have, being the admin of the group. None of us understood what happened. It looked like an error. And how come we got invitations, but we can't get in?
Can we find the key or the invitations someplace on the group relays? Also, the random npub isn't whitelisted on our group relays, so they can't write to them, but I don't want to put private groups on public relays.
