No government will allow a "recession" so if "jobs" are affected by this, the government will print money, and emit.

This is the essential of neoliberal thinking - "the invisible hand of the market will sort it out, with just a tiny push. We won't have to actually do anything at all!"

But it hasn't worked in sixty years and now we are out of time. All this "free market" garbage is empty of value.
