I made a chicken & dressing casserole for my husband today. I decided to use up leftover veggies from the fridge—a Tupperware of sliced mushrooms & one of peas+carrots—in it. As it was baking, I wondered out loud why the leftover peas+carrots had had a few green beans mixed in. My husband’s face dropped. +
