I personally know 3 ordained Dharma teachers who have no internal dialogue.
It is very easy to hide narcissism behind 'by rote' pleases, thank yous, and virtue signalling.
It's also impossible to hide behind this when the situation is 'off script' like it often is in #reallife
(I won't name them)
