1. Crack 2 eggs into a cup
2. Beat it furiously
3. Add 2-2.5x water in volume
4. Add as much soy sauce, dashi powder or mushroom powder as you want, stir
5. Strain into a bowl. You may place fishballs or chicken slices or mushrooms into the mixture, too.
6. Cover. Place on a trivet in instant pot, fill IP with water until just below trivet
7. Steam 5 min on low pressure, then wait 10 min when done, before opening lid
