Hi #Nostr. My name is Yu, and I have a fear of getting older (I'm 25, btw). I try to ease this fear in different ways. Here is one tip that always helps me: when I travel the world, I love seeing older people doing the same things I do - climbing mountains, taking pictures, having fun. It gives me hope that life doesn't stop as you age, and that it can become even more joyful with time.
