1. Self host your AI models. Don't use hosted services.
2. Follow the theinference code or at least make sure that someone else can follow it (opensource).
3. Turn off logging (is a feature in most open source UI).
4. Don't fine tune with personal data or else be very careful with the security of the new weights.
anything else is just broadcasting your conversations with AI to at best ad companies and at worst the exact person or institutions you don't want.
Everything is conveniently indexed for your attackers if you mess up.
Being focussed on privacy doesn't mean you don't use new tech, it only means you do it responsibly.
