Thanks for sharing! That’s an interesting topic and I also ack the OS example, I’d just say the old democracy is easy to exploit with current tech, maybe that’s why it’s so sticky.
I also agree on the multiple currencies, banks do that since hundreds of years: issue credits over assets, the asset stay put while the credits circulate. Bitcoin is easier to circulate than gold for sure, but it won’t deter banks from issuing IOUs!
