So, I was checking in on my LinkedIn account (don’t judge) and saw this post. Now, you know me, I’m not interested in sparking a discussion on the merit of the proposal but I do want to express my annoyance at the increasingly stupid names of bills.

Seriously, have we nothing better to do than come up with cutesy names that make an acronym? It was funny-ish the first time. Slightly.

Please eliminate the underpaid intern positions whose responsibility it is to come up with this stuff (so they can go find a job doing something that’s actually useful) and go back to using grown-up names for official government business. Please. So we can take y’all seriously again.
