1. Title means nothing to me. (Fair paycheck is ok)
2. Constantly learn more and faster is more attractive to me.
3. People who have contributed most of their careers in single position deserve promotion than me (just a rookie)
4. Wider range spectrum the better and more desirable to me.
5. I believe my ability of doing one full time job while taking another part time job as consultant.
6. Professionalism is guaranteed no matter it’s full time or part time.
