What's for dinner?

I've been cooking with fenugreek leaves all week and have consumed the large bag I purchased Saturday 😂

Thanks Jay (npub16as…g2tf) for the Methi Thelpa suggestion... I did a gluten free version that was quite tasty. I had no problem polishing off three for dinner tonight 😋

And SovereigntyQuest (npub16af…h4dp) for suggesting the Aloo Palak - this was the recipe the women in the Indian market was telling me about! I served them with fish, with fried eggs and tonight the remaining leftovers with the Methi Thalpa!

I also made a curry with yellow mung dal, toor dal, pumpkin and fenugreek leaves....this was 🔥.

....next up, sprouting the seeds!
