Any Cuban restaurant has steak aka “palomilla” or “bistec” or “pollo a la plancha” (grilled chicken breast).
There are lots of Nicaraguan places called Fritangas that have “carne asada”, they should also have chicken.
There are also Chicken Kitchen’s and Pollo Tropical’s that have grilled chicken.
You can always go to a more corporate spot like Outback and order steak/chicken/pork/shrimp, etc.
Key is asking the server, maybe tell them you have allergies to seeds or something lol
