Down the hatch with dose one of azithromycin. The first dose is two pills and then one pill a day for the next four days.
I can't remember the last time I had antibiotics. Maybe 2003?
Should I be looking for a designer 💩 transplant while I'm at it? Maybe I can get some 💩 from someone who is thin and likes working out 😅 (there's actually some science behind this... The gut microbiome is incredibly important and under studied)
